Cancellation Conditions
We understand that plans can sometimes change. Therefore, we have clear and fair cancellation conditions so you know what to expect in advance.

🕒 Reflection period after booking
After making a reservation via our own website, you have a 1-day reflection period.
- within 24 hours of booking you can cancel free of charge
- without giving a reason
- regardless of the arrival date
After these 24 hours have passed, the reflection period automatically expires.

📅 Cancelling your reservation
For reservations made directly through our website, the following conditions apply:
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: if you cancel at least 30 days before the arrival date, we will not charge any costs.
- Cancellation within 30 days before arrival: if cancellation is made within 30 days before arrival, we will charge 50% of the total stay costs.
- No-show or cancellation on the day of arrival: if you do not show up without cancelling (“no-show”) or cancel on the day of arrival, we will charge 100% of the total stay costs.

⚖️ Force Majeure & Special Circumstances
Situations of force majeure or special circumstances (such as illness, accident, death or other unforeseen events) can only be taken into account for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival.
For cancellations within 14 days before arrival, the above-mentioned cancellation costs of 50% or 100% still apply, regardless of the reason for cancellation. In these cases, a personal cancellation insurance of the guest may provide a solution.

💳 Payment & Refund
Any refund will be made via the same payment method used to complete the reservation.
Cancellation costs will be settled with this.
