House Rules
Welcome to The Church Fields Studio 🌿
We have furnished this studio with great care and ask you to treat it with the same care. With the following house rules, we ensure a pleasant, safe, and relaxed stay — for you and our environment.

🌿 Careful use and environment
We ask you to handle the studio and everything in it with care. This means, among other things, that you:
- use energy and water consciously (no unnecessary lighting, heating or running water)
- handle furniture, equipment, and inventory carefully
- only use items for their intended purpose
In addition, we believe it is important to be mindful of the environment. We use eco-friendly products where possible and appreciate it when guests also take this into account, for example by:
- using towels and bed linen sparingly
- leaving towels that are still in use hanging up
Extra changes are of course possible if desired, but only on request. This way we combine comfortable, hotel-quality stay with care for the environment.
If damage occurs unexpectedly during your stay, it is not a problem, it can happen, but we do ask you to take responsibility for this. Repair and replacement costs may be charged.

🤍 Consideration for the environment
The studio is located in a residential area. We therefore ask you to consider the neighbors.
- do not cause any disturbance
- night rest applies between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM
- keep noise (music, voices, TV) extra quiet during these hours
- no parties or gatherings

🎨 Modifications to the studio
It is not allowed to make modifications to the studio, such as:
- drilling or making holes
- painting or sticking
- moving furniture to other rooms
The studio must be left in its original state upon departure.

🧼 Keep it clean and tidy
We provide professional final cleaning.
During your stay, we ask you to keep the studio tidy:
- wash used dishes
- leave kitchen and countertop clean
- do not leave trash lying around

👥 Visitors
Visitors are allowed, provided:
- it does not cause any disturbance
- maximum until 10:00 PM
- no extra people stay overnight
Overnight stays for visitors are not allowed.

🔐 Safety & locking
- always lock doors properly when leaving
- do not leave windows or doors open when absent
- report unsafe situations immediately

🔥 Fire safety
- emergency exits must always remain clear
- no obstacles in corridors or at the front door
- follow the indicated escape route in case of emergencies
The escape route is visibly displayed on the inside of the studio next to the front door.

⚡ Electricity
In case of overloading of the power grid due to improper use, any repair costs may be charged.

🚫 Drugs & alcohol
- drug use and/or possession is not allowed
- violation leads to immediate termination of the stay without restitution
- alcohol consumption is allowed provided it does not cause any disturbance

🔑 Keys & loss
You will receive:
- 1 central front door key
- 1 studio key
- 1 safe key
Making copies of keys is not allowed.
In case of loss or theft, replacement costs may be charged.

🐾 Pets
Pets are not allowed in The Church Fields Studio.
No exceptions will be made to this rule.

📄 Insurance & liability
We are not liable for loss, damage or theft of personal property.
You stay in the studio at your own risk.
