These general and booking conditions apply to all reservations made directly through The Church Fields Studio website.

📝 Formation of the Reservation
A reservation is made when you book through our website and receive a confirmation email from us. By making the reservation, you agree to these general conditions, house rules, and cancellation terms.

💶 Rates & Payment
All stated rates are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated. Any tourist tax is listed separately.
Payment must be made according to the payment instructions during the booking process. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if payment is not received.

🕑 Arrival & Departure
- check-in is possible from 3:00 PM
- check-out must be done by 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed
Upon arrival, we may ask for a valid ID for the night register and municipal obligations.

🏡 Use of Accommodation
The accommodation may only be used by the number of people booked. The stay must be used in accordance with its intended purpose.
During your stay, the house rules of The Church Fields Studio apply. In case of violation, we reserve the right to terminate the stay early without restitution.

❌ Cancellation & Changes
The cancellation terms of The Church Fields Studio apply to cancellations and changes, as published on our website and confirmed upon booking.

⚖️ Liability
Staying at The Church Fields Studio is entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for:
- loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
- injury or accidents in or around the accommodation
- disruptions or failures of facilities beyond our control
Damage caused by the guest can be recovered from the guest.

🔥 Force Majeure (on our part)
If we are unable to provide accommodation due to force majeure (such as fire, serious disruption, government measures, or unforeseen circumstances), we will cancel the reservation. In such a case, full restitution will be made without further liability.

🛠️ Complaints & Reports
Complaints or defects should be reported as soon as possible during the stay so that we have the opportunity to resolve them. Complaints reported only after departure may not be resolved.

📜 Applicable Law
These conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Limburg where The Church Fields Studio is located.
